Delivery of the product was not as good as previous purchases, for some reason they did not went to the address untill call and contact the owner.

I have used this toilet for a week now and it works great.

Its almost makes no noise when flushed & when the tank fills up.

Make sure to set tank fill setting to maximum on the float or it may be to weak when flushed.

Even when using the max tank fill it uses very little water (1.6 gallons) for those on a long term budget or who need to conserve in dry areas.

The only problem is if you are a self install DYI type.

The base of the toilet only give about 16th of an inch space between the toilet and the bolt gasket.

This makes alignment very hard and your floor needs to be very flat & level or it will rock on the gasket.

Average wax ring is about an inch thick so expect a lot of wax to "seal" every place as it is squished down to a 16th of its size.

The rough in is really 12 inches which may make it a tight fit on some installs.

Also the bottom back allows very little clearance for the water supply if it is not offset from the toilet.

Also the lip on the outside edge of the toilet makes it harder to attach the water supply and toilet seat cover.
